The average in-place rent at the time of acquisition was $1,408. Within approximately one year, Dunbar successfully executed a comprehensive value-added program including extensive exterior / common area improvements and interior renovations to all 20 units. Additionally, Dunbar is in the process of building two accessory dwelling units (ADU’s) at the property to further enhance the value of the asset. At the time of stabilization, the in-place rents at averaged $2,985.
