The average in-place rent at the time of acquisition was $1,414. Within approximately two years, Dunbar successfully executed a comprehensive value-added program including extensive exterior / common area improvements and interior renovations to all 52 units. Additionally, Dunbar is in the process of building four accessory dwelling units (ADU’s) at the property to further enhance the value of the asset. At the time of stabilization, the in-place rents at averaged $2,275.
