A two-tenant industrial building totaling 42,101 square feet in Mesa, AZ purchased in September 2022 for $5,300,000 ($126 per square foot) in an off-market transaction.

Upon vacating the existing tenants, Dunbar moved quickly to convert the heavily built out spaces into clean, functional, and lease ready condition. After leasing the project to a single, credit-tenant, Dunbar sold the property in October 2023 for $9,750,000 ($232 per square foot) to a 1031 exchange buyer.
