Dunbar moved quickly to bring the vacant, heavily built out spaces to clean, functional, and lease ready condition. After quickly leasing the project to a single, credit-tenant, Dunbar sold the property in October 2023 for $9,750,000 ($232 per square foot) to a 1031 exchange buyer.
