Within approximately two years, Dunbar successfully executed a comprehensive value-added program including extensive exterior / common area improvements and interior renovations to all 36 units. At the time of sale, the asset was stabilized and achieving in-place rents at an average of $2,125. Dunbar sold the asset in May 2023 for $13,605,000.
