As Vice President of Dunbar Real Estate Investment Management, Rick Knight is actively involved in the acquisition, management, and disposition of the firm’s assets. Rick has built a track record of success as an investor, broker, consultant, and commercial real estate manager. Rick has experience with a broad range of asset types including, medical, industrial, office, retail, multifamily and government facilities.

Through the course of his career, Rick has successfully executed in excess of $700 million of value-added real estate investments. Rick also has an extensive background in real estate management, having overseen the property and asset management of over 150 properties with an approximate market value of $700 million.

Rick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurship from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA. Rick also has a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California.

His professional affiliations include Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, and the University of Southern California Lusk Center of Real Estate. Mr. Knight has also been a guest speaker at the University of Southern California.
