Suzanne’s role as an asset manager focuses on making important investment decisions to help maximize each property’s value for Dunbar’s investors.  Suzanne has been in the commercial real estate industry for almost 20 years. Prior to joining Dunbar, she was a Senior Property Manager at a property management firm where she gained experience in day to day operations, tenant relations, cash flow management, and the physical attributes of office and industrial properties.  As an Asset Manager, Suzanne works closely with the property managers and leasing brokers, overseeing lease negotiations, capital and tenant improvements, budgets, and the monthly and quarterly financial reports.  She also assists in conducting due diligence for potential acquisitions, while managing the assets through disposition. Suzanne currently oversees one million square feet of Dunbar’s Phoenix Metropolitan portfolio.

Suzanne holds a Broker License in the state of Arizona and completed the Real Estate Investment course from Harvard University Extension School.
