Zack is responsible for all aspects of the real estate investment lifecycle including sourcing investments and debt, interfacing with equity partners, business plan execution, and the disposition of assets. Zack has experience with a broad range of real estate asset classes including industrial, office, multifamily, and hospitality properties with risk profiles ranging from Core+ to Opportunistic.

Prior to Joining Dunbar, Zack was an Associate at JMA Ventures where he was responsible for due diligence and underwriting of new investments as well as asset management of investments held in the firm’s portfolio. Over the course of his career, Zack has successfully acquired real estate valued in excess of $350 million.

Zack graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University with a bachelor of arts in economics and earned a master of real estate development degree from the University of Southern California. He is active in NAIOP’s Southern California chapter and in the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles’ Real Estate & Construction Network. He lives in west Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
